Fixed the win-and-end judgment when the dealer takes the lead in the final hand. Fixed an issue where a match could become unable to progress when multiple Kan options were available. Fixed an issue where the fourth copy of a tile could incorrectly be discarded after calling Pon on the same tile. Revised the processing order after completing a call selection, fixing cases where online matches could fail to progress correctly.
