KKRHD is a personal bookkeeping application designed around the linkage between financial transactions and their supporting documents (vouchers). The home screen features bar charts, donut charts, and line graphs to visualize income and expenditure trends, while also highlighting pending items that require attention. The app supports various transaction types—including income, expenses, refunds, and account transfers—and allows for searching by amount, date, category, or notes. Users can capture photos of receipts, select payment screenshots, or import digital invoices, saving these documents before manually linking them to specific transactions. A single document can be associated with multiple transactions, with each link preserving its own specific crop area and text annotations. A dedicated reconciliation page displays the document alongside its corresponding financial data, tracking the processing status; the system prompts for re-verification if any details—such as the amount, date, or account—are modified. Original files and their thumbnails are stored separately, with the system using hash-based identification to avoid redundant storage of identical files. The management section covers categories, accounts, and themes, and includes a comprehensive backup and restore feature—complete with a file list and checksum validation prior to restoration. KKRHD helps users clearly trace the origin and context of every entry, making the process of reviewing accounts effortless and stress-free.
